Fendi hiring Senior Client Advisor in New York—luxury retail leadership role with $27/hr plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute individual business action plans to increase sales, generate new clientele, and reactivate former customers
  • Lead by example in sales performance, achieving top-seller status and driving highest volume in assigned categories, particularly Peekaboo
  • Build and maintain an active client book with strategic follow-up, correspondence, and relationship management to strengthen loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Mentor and train new Client Advisors in product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
  • Manage VIP and prospect clientele as brand ambassador, implementing CRM tools and maintaining accurate customer database
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards, oversee Mystery Shop performance, and resolve special requests including repairs, orders, and returns
  • Ensure operational excellence through accurate POS system usage, inventory management, cycle counts, and timely administrative documentation
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, monitor best-seller inventory levels, and collaborate with store management on stock assortment
  • Support store opening/closing procedures, morning briefings, and maintain all Health & Safety compliance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
  • Strong drive for results with demonstrable track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership capability with ability to mentor team members
  • Technical literacy and comfort with CRM and retail software systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
