Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling and multiple-item transactions across all product categories to meet individual KPIs and departmental targets.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships, deploying CRM tools to nurture loyalty, set one‑to‑one appointments and execute targeted campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service consistent with Fendi’s luxury standards and provide product feedback to store leadership.
- Operate the company sales management system for transactions, stock enquiries, transfers and customer database maintenance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through correct receipt, display and storage of merchandise; support stock counts and cycle-counts as required.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand guidelines and perform daily housekeeping and store duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail fashion, including at least 2 years in luxury sales; demonstrable menswear expertise is essential.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-value client experiences in a boutique environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and work autonomously.
- Professional personal presentation and a client-centric, service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with retail IT systems and basic computer literacy; comfortable learning company CRM and sales management platforms.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
