FENDI is recruiting a Senior Client Advisor at Heathrow Airport, London. Luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories to achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by Department or Store Management
- Monitor individual sales performance and provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched collections
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture the loyal FENDI client base through implementation of CRM tools and one-on-one appointment scheduling in line with campaign targets and brand guidelines
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations by delivering professional, personalized interactions with clients
- Perform assigned store duties and correctly operate the Company Sales Management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines and support during store stock takes and cycle-counts
- Maintain proper visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment remains safe, clean, and reflects brand excellence through daily housekeeping duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail fashion industry experience with at least 2 years in luxury sales
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous
- Expert-level personal image and presentation standards
- Strong selling and communication skills with excellent relationship-building abilities
