Fendi is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in London (Bicester Village Outlet). Full-time, on-site role delivering luxury client experiences and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury experience to clients, driving sales through upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling across product categories.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by the Department Manager / Store Manager and provide regular customer feedback on product performance and new launches.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM tools; implement CRM campaigns and manage one-on-one appointment scheduling in line with brand guidelines.
- Operate the Company Sales Management system for stock transfers, payments, stock enquiries and customer database updates.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying and storing merchandise according to company procedures and support store stock takes and cycle counts.
- Execute visual merchandising and daily housekeeping duties to preserve brand image and a safe, clean store environment.
- Perform store duties as directed by team leaders and management and undertake any other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ retail fashion experience, with at least one year in luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Consistently high personal image and presentation standards appropriate to a luxury brand.
- Proven selling and interpersonal communication skills, with strong client relationship management.
- Organised, professional, self-confident and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Demonstrable interest and knowledge of fashion and luxury market trends.
- Fluent English; proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
