Fendi seeks a Senior Client Advisor in London (Bicester Village Outlet) to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and manage CRM activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, upselling, cross-selling and multiple-selling across all product categories.
- Develop and nurture lasting customer relationships; implement CRM campaigns, book one-to-one client appointments and maintain accurate client records using the company CRM.
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch luxury service that meets brand standards and manages customer expectations throughout the purchase lifecycle.
- Operate the store sales management system for transactions, stock enquiries, transfers and customer database entry; perform assigned store duties and support the management team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying and storing merchandise per company guidelines; assist with stock takes and cycle counts.
- Uphold visual merchandising guidelines and daily housekeeping to preserve a safe, immaculate and on‑brand store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in the retail fashion industry, including at least one year in luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Professional personal presentation and adherence to the brand’s image standards.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; courteous, patient and service-oriented.
- Excellent verbal communication in English; additional languages considered an advantage.
