FENDI Senior Client Advisor role in London – Luxury retail professional needed for New Bond Street flagship boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories to achieve individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and nurture client relationships using CRM tools to strengthen the loyal FENDI customer base and implement CRM campaigns
  • Establish and maintain one-on-one client appointments aligned with targets and company guidelines
  • Provide professional customer service with individual human touch, ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations are exceeded
  • Operate the Company Sales Management system proficiently for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, displaying, and storage of merchandise according to company guidelines
  • Support stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a safe, clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties
  • Deliver feedback on products, particularly newly launched items, to management
  • Execute additional store duties as assigned by team leaders and management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail fashion industry with at least 1 year in luxury sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and strong selling skills
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with retail management systems and computer skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high personal image and presentation standards
