Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver expert styling advice and outfit creation for Ladies' Ready-to-Wear clients, demonstrating passionate product knowledge and sophisticated fashion expertise
• Execute upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-selling strategies across all product categories while meeting individual sales targets and KPIs set by management
• Develop and nurture loyal client relationships through CRM tool implementation and master the Company's CRM platform for campaign execution and one-on-one appointment scheduling
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, storage, and cycle-count support according to company guidelines
• Operate the Company Sales Management system proficiently in stock transfer, payment processing, stock inquiry, and customer database input
• Preserve visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professional attention to detail and individual human touch, gathering and communicating product feedback to management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail fashion, with at least 2 years in luxury sales
• Demonstrated expertise in Ladies' Ready-to-Wear category with strong styling and outfit creation capabilities
• Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to manage personal image standards to luxury retail standards
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent relationship-building skills

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years in retail fashion, with at least 2 years in luxury sales. Essential experience in the Ladies' Ready-to-Wear category with demonstrated proficiency in styling and outfit creation.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
