Fendi Senior Client Advisor – Ladies Ready-to-Wear position at Harrods London. Luxury retail sales role requiring 5+ years fashion experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling across all product categories, whilst monitoring individual KPIs and achieving departmental targets
- Strengthen and nurture client relationships by implementing CRM campaigns, establishing one-on-one appointments, and maintaining personalized communication aligned with company guidelines
- Operate the company sales management system proficiently for stock transfers, payment processing, inventory inquiries, and customer database management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise in accordance with company standards, and support store stock takes and cycle-counts
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, safe store environment through daily housekeeping and display management
- Provide specialist styling consultation for Ladies Ready-to-Wear, leveraging strong fashion knowledge and trend awareness to enhance the client experience
- Deliver professional customer service with an emphasis on individual attention, managing expectations and gathering customer feedback on products, particularly new launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail fashion industry experience, with at least 2 years in luxury fashion sales
- Demonstrated expertise in Ladies Ready-to-Wear category and strong personal styling capability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluent English with knowledge of additional languages highly advantageous
- Proficiency with retail management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Advanced customer relationship management and communication skills
- Self-directed, organized, and self-confident professional demeanor

Experience
Minimum 5 years in retail fashion, with at least 2 years of direct experience in luxury fashion sales. Ladies Ready-to-Wear category expertise is essential, and strong personal styling skills are advantageous.
