Fendi seeks an experienced Senior Client Advisor for its flagship boutique at Harrods in London. This role combines luxury retail operations with sophisticated clienteling, requiring a minimum of five years in fashion retail with at least two years in luxury fashion sales. The successful candidate will deliver extraordinary customer experiences, drive sales performance across product categories through upselling and cross-selling, and nurture a loyal customer base using company CRM tools. Responsibilities encompass client relationship management, stock operations, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, with a particular emphasis on Ladies Ready-to-Wear styling and consultation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling across all product categories, whilst monitoring individual KPIs and achieving departmental targets
- Strengthen and nurture client relationships by implementing CRM campaigns, establishing one-on-one appointments, and maintaining personalized communication aligned with company guidelines
- Operate the company sales management system proficiently for stock transfers, payment processing, inventory inquiries, and customer database management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise in accordance with company standards, and support store stock takes and cycle-counts
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, safe store environment through daily housekeeping and display management
- Provide specialist styling consultation for Ladies Ready-to-Wear, leveraging strong fashion knowledge and trend awareness to enhance the client experience
- Deliver professional customer service with an emphasis on individual attention, managing expectations and gathering customer feedback on products, particularly new launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail fashion industry experience, with at least 2 years in luxury fashion sales
- Demonstrated expertise in Ladies Ready-to-Wear category and strong personal styling capability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluent English with knowledge of additional languages highly advantageous
- Proficiency with retail management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Advanced customer relationship management and communication skills
- Self-directed, organized, and self-confident professional demeanor
