FENDI London (Harrods) seeks a Senior Client Advisor — Ladies RTW: on-site, full-time luxury sales role focused on clienteling and results.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling and multiple-item selling across all product categories and meet individual KPIs set by the Department/Store Manager.
- Develop and deepen long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, one-on-one appointments and follow-up using the company CRM.
- Execute CRM campaigns and appointment setting in line with brand guidelines and targets.
- Provide customer feedback to merchandising and product teams, particularly on new launches and best-sellers.
- Operate the store sales management system accurately for payments, stock enquiries, transfers and customer database entries.
- Receive, display and store merchandise to brand standards and support stock takes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain visual merchandising and daily housekeeping to uphold a luxurious, safe and immaculate store environment.
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management and undertake other reasonable tasks within role capacity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail fashion with at least 2 years in luxury sales; demonstrable expertise in ladies' ready-to-wear is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to brand image standards.
- Proven selling ability with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, professional, self-reliant and able to multitask in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and a goal-driven approach.
- Proficiency with store IT systems and retail management software.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum five years of retail fashion experience, including at least two years in a luxury retail environment, with proven success in ladies' ready-to-wear sales and client development.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
