FENDI London Selfridges seeks Senior Client Advisor for luxury footwear sales. Permanent, on-site role requiring 3+ years luxury retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multi-category selling across all product lines
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve KPI targets set by Department and Store Management
- Provide detailed customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched collections
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI client base through strategic relationship management
- Implement CRM campaigns and arrange one-on-one appointments aligned with performance targets and brand guidelines
- Master the company CRM tools and database systems to enhance customer service quality
- Execute store operational duties as assigned by team leadership
- Operate the company Sales Management system across stock transfers, payments, inventory inquiries, and customer database input
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise according to brand standards
- Support store stocktakes and cycle-count procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company guidelines
- Sustain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment through daily housekeeping responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience in the fashion industry, with at least 1 year in luxury retail
- Prior experience in footwear or shoe category preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous
- Excellent relationship and communication skills with a professional and patient demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation with a luxury retail mindset

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail fashion, with at least 1 year specifically in luxury goods sales. Prior experience in the footwear category is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
