Fendi Senior Client Advisor — Dubai: on-site luxury retail role focused on menswear, clienteling, CRM and sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an extraordinary, personalized luxury experience to clients with a strong focus on menswear.
  • Drive sales through proactive upselling, cross-selling and multiple-item selling across all product categories to meet individual KPIs and targets set by the Department/Store Manager.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling, appointment setting and targeted CRM activity.
  • Execute CRM campaigns, accurately use Company CRM tools and maintain customer database integrity.
  • Operate the Company Sales Management system for payments, stock inquiries, stock transfers and customer data entry.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy: receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines and support stock takes and cycle counts.
  • Uphold brand visual merchandising standards and ensure a safe, immaculate boutique environment.
  • Perform store duties as assigned and undertake any reasonable tasks required by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the retail fashion industry with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
  • Demonstrable expertise in menswear product categories.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent selling, communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Professional presentation and ability to maintain high image standards.
  • Strong organisational skills, resilience under pressure and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency with retail systems and basic computer literacy.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.

Experience
