Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure correct and timely delivery of prototypes and sample collections, monitoring progress across collections.
- Manage production progress of sample orders using Stealth 3000 management software.
- Liaise daily with internal pattern‑making and product development teams to assess and expedite progress.
- Coordinate with finished‑product suppliers to track completed sample production and resolve delays.
- Interface with product development, research, and technical departments to procure materials and accessories.
- Process warehouse requests and generate picking lists using Stealth 3000.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on multiple collections for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in sample planning, production tracking or product development is advantageous.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Familiarity with Stealth 3000 management software is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team orientation.
- Good command of English.
