Fendi Monaco seeks experienced Sales Associate for luxury retail role in CDI position, requiring 3–4 years retail experience and fluent English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master and achieve all Sales KPIs and CRM metrics, both quantitative and qualitative
- Meet and exceed individual and collective sales objectives across all product categories
- Develop and grow a personal client book with focus on client retention and sustainable sales development
- Provide personalized attention and daily follow-up to strengthen client relationships
- Manage client requests including special orders, after-sales service, and bespoke inquiries
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of databases and client tracking files at all times
- Leverage clienteling tools to position oneself as an entrepreneurial partner in sales strategy
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and loss prevention protocols
- Support visual merchandising, stock management, and boutique standards as required
- Stay informed of fashion industry trends while maintaining deep knowledge of brand heritage and collections
- Communicate brand news and developments with precision to clients
- Present an image consistent with dress code guidelines, grooming standards, and house aesthetic at all times
- Model positive representation of the brand through appropriate professional conduct
- Identify and propose improvements to personal performance and boutique operations in collaboration with management
- Follow all health and safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of successful retail experience in a luxury fashion or artisanal house
- Demonstrated orientation toward sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Natural networking ability and comfort building long-term client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional context
- Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to a respectful, supportive team environment
- Proficiency with mobile applications and digital client management tools
- Fluent English for client and colleague interactions
- Third language proficiency preferred
