Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients upon arrival, manage boutique flow and communicate wait‑time and in‑store expectations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Answer store phones, handle client enquiries and act as the liaison between clients and client advisors at point of sale.
- Support the sales team to drive performance, client retention and outreach for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.
- Coordinate product launches, pre‑sales, reservations, deposits and client credit card organization.
- Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge to elevate the quality of client interactions.
- Process client shipments, consignments, transfers and stock; pack shipments securely following brand specifications.
- Support the stock team with parcel processing using designated carriers (FedEx/UPS/USPS/Messenger) and maintain shipping supplies.
- Adhere to loss prevention procedures and assist in maintaining inventory integrity.
- Maintain boutique presentation and assist with operational administration to meet store sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury retail or boutique selling environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with polished telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and demonstrated integrity/business maturity.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and perform basic inventory management functions.
- Physically able to perform up to 50% physical tasks and lift items up to 10 lbs.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique environments, including direct client service, POS operations and inventory/stock handling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 27 per hour.
