Fendi is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor for its Shanghai store. The role focuses on sales, client relationship management, professional product advice and daily store operations, including merchandise presentation and stock control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, client management and store operations objectives.
- Present merchandise in detail and provide recommendations and professional service in accordance with brand standards and procedures.
- Engage proactively with clients, use available tools to understand their needs, maintain high-quality client relationships, and strengthen brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- Continuously develop brand and product knowledge and stay informed about current industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team on daily store operations, including merchandise display, stockroom inventory and stock counts; safeguard merchandise and prevent loss.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including standards of appearance, attendance and workplace discipline.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
- At least two years of experience in luxury retail or another high-end service industry.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive, collaborative, diligent and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a degree of fashion awareness.
- Computer literacy and ability to use office automation systems.
- English proficiency is preferred.
