Fendi Paris apprenticeship: Sales Advisor position for luxury retail enthusiasts seeking hands-on training in high-end client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, advise, and guide local and international clientele in accordance with maison service standards
- Actively contribute to boutique commercial performance and monitor sales indicators and CRM metrics
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge, collection expertise, and brand universe fluency to deliver relevant client counsel
- Build client loyalty through client book maintenance and personalized clienteling activities
- Process and follow up on client requests including special orders, reservations, and after-sales service
- Maintain accuracy and quality of information recorded in CRM systems and tracking tools
- Support boutique operations including stock replenishment, merchandising standards, visual presentation, and stock management activities
- Stay informed of brand news and sector trends to enhance sales discourse
- Maintain professional, elegant, and warm demeanor in alignment with maison standards at all times
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding qualification at Bac+2 to Bac+5 level in commerce, sales, retail, or luxury studies
- Genuine passion for fashion, luxury, and client experience
- Excellent service orientation, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a demanding retail environment
- Proficiency with digital tools and tracking applications
