Fendi Monaco seeks Sales Advisor with 3+ years luxury retail experience for full-time CDI role focusing on client service excellence and sales objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and qualitative CRM metrics across all product categories
  • Build and develop a client portfolio through strategic clienteling and relationship management
  • Deliver personalized attention to clients through proactive engagement and follow-up
  • Manage client requests including special orders, after-sales service, and bespoke inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and complete client databases and tracking systems
  • Master clienteling tools and systems to drive performance and demonstrate entrepreneurial ownership
  • Uphold internal policies, procedures, and retail standards
  • Support visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation as needed
  • Stay abreast of fashion industry trends while maintaining expert knowledge of brand heritage and collections
  • Communicate brand news and offerings with authenticity and precision
  • Embody the brand's aesthetic through professional presentation aligned with dress code and grooming guidelines
  • Model positive brand representation and organizational values

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of proven retail sales experience in a luxury heritage house or similar maison
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales objectives and KPIs
  • Strong numerical acumen and orientation toward data-driven performance metrics
  • Initiative and ability to identify and propose best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative team player with ability to foster a respectful and supportive work environment
  • Proficiency with mobile applications and client management systems
  • Fluent English for client and colleague interaction across multiple regions
  • A third language constitutes a valued advantage
