Fendi seeks an experienced Client Advisor in Beijing to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales through personalized client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets, customer management objectives, and store operational goals
- Deliver detailed product presentations and personalized recommendations in accordance with brand standards and protocols
- Actively engage with clients using client relationship management tools to deepen customer understanding, cultivate lasting relationships, and enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction
- Continuously expand expertise in brand heritage, product collections, and emerging luxury market trends
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily store operations, including merchandise presentation, inventory management, and stock audits while ensuring product security and loss prevention
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, professional appearance standards, attendance requirements, and workplace conduct
- Execute additional projects and assignments as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in luxury retail or premium service sector
- Exceptional sales and customer service capabilities with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactive work ethic, strong collaborative mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for learning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated fashion awareness and trend sensitivity
- Proficiency in computer office automation systems

Experience
Minimum two years of professional experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or high-end service sectors.
Education
Associate degree or higher qualification.
