Fendi (Rome) seeks a Retail Training Product Specialist (temporary) to design and deliver global product training, enhancing client experience and commercial performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop product-focused training programs, workshops and materials that enable Client Advisors to elevate the selling ceremony and client experience across product categories.
- Plan and coordinate global training calendars, managing scheduling and timely delivery in alignment with product elevation and business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional and zone training teams to collect feedback, adapt materials to local needs and ensure consistent standards of delivery.
- Co-author and execute engaging, accessible training content that supports commercial targets, client retention and cross-offering strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure training effectiveness and impact on client conversion, satisfaction, UPT and loyalty, and recommend improvements based on results.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of luxury market trends, competitor activity and evolving client behaviours to identify opportunities and inform future curriculum concepts.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail training within international retail organisations, with demonstrable involvement in client experience and strategy development.
- Fluency in English (business level) is required; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Proven ability to design learning journeys, facilitate workshops and produce practical training materials for sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using training metrics and dashboards to drive decisions.
- Ability to perform under pressure to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards; results-driven and service-oriented.
- Personal attributes: energy, curiosity, proactiveness and an appetite for innovation.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail training within international retail companies, with direct exposure to client experience initiatives and commercial training programs. Luxury retail experience is strongly advantageous.
