Fendi seeks a Retail Training Manager in Singapore to lead retail learning, product training and coaching across Southeast Asia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver retail learning initiatives across Southeast Asia focusing on product knowledge, selling ceremony, luxury client experience and leadership development.
  • Develop onboarding and induction programmes to embed Maison culture and service standards for new employees.
  • Partner with Merchandising to create collection training that communicates product construction, craftsmanship, heritage and storytelling.
  • Plan and coordinate the SEA training calendar to ensure timely deployment of in-store, virtual and digital learning modules.
  • Conduct regular in-store coaching and follow-up to reinforce selling behaviours, CRM usage, VIC engagement and clienteling.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics; analyse training participation, mystery shopping, retail KPIs and client feedback to measure impact.
  • Collaborate with Regional Retail leaders, HR, Store Managers and subject matter experts to align learning initiatives with commercial priorities.
  • Coach Store Managers to develop their teams through briefings, coaching sessions and daily training best practices; iterate methodologies based on stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in retail training, learning & development or equivalent, ideally within luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of managing regional training initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret retail performance and training data and translate findings into targeted action plans.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching and interpersonal communication skills with ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with digital learning technologies and able to design blended learning solutions.
