Fendi First Program Retail Operations Intern, Rome – Six-month internship starting September 2026. Support European retail operations coordination and special projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support coordination and monitoring of retail operations across Europe in accordance with Company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze operational data and key performance indicators, preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on operational support for exclusive sales events, including merchandise handling, unpacking, display setup, and on-site organization
  • Contribute to implementation and follow-up of operational best practices across the retail network
  • Support inventory-related activities, including stock movements, cycle counts, and stock-takes
  • Liaise with Supply Chain and After Sales teams to facilitate smooth management of shipments, transfers, repairs, and related follow-up
  • Help ensure availability of operational supplies and packaging materials across the network
  • Facilitate communication between stores and central functions, including Finance, IT, Facilities, Security, Legal, Internal Control, and Human Resources
  • Support operational reviews, audits, and follow-up actions
  • Contribute to special projects such as store openings, refurbishments, and rollout of new tools and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong interest in luxury retail and operational excellence
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus
