Role & Responsibilities

• Review and update SEAA operational guidelines to ensure operational excellence and consistency across stores
• Ensure all store operations comply with company policies, local legal requirements, and anti-money laundering regulations in partnership with the regional operations team
• Conduct frequent boutique visits to verify compliance with company guidelines and local government policies
• Provide comprehensive training to boutique teams on systems, procedures, and POS operations
• Manage inventory flows considering local market demands, including stock deliveries, transfers, and shrinkage rate control
• Coordinate and oversee stock audits, including cycle counts and annual stock-takes
• Operate and supervise POS systems, ensuring accurate processing of stock transfers, payments, inquiries, and client data management
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for stock movement, including CITES certification and import/export procedures
• Coordinate retail performance initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer experience
• Manage orders and inventory of non-merchandise materials including packaging, store necessities, and uniforms
• Supervise Front-of-House and Back-of-House layouts to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Calculate and review commission and retail incentive information for payroll processing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, with prior luxury retail experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and operational procedures
• Familiarity with assigned markets' legal requirements, including anti-money laundering standards and import/export regulations
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee budgetary responsibilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel to boutiques for operational assessments
