Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives across the store network, supporting negotiations with department store partners and landlords
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
• Lead, build, and develop a high-performing retail team through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management
• Foster a collaborative, innovative work environment that promotes employee engagement and service excellence
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client service across all retail locations and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance brand loyalty
• Develop and execute VIP/VIC strategies to promote brand image and drive client retention
• Oversee operational functions including inventory management, store layout optimization, and visual merchandising to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Ensure full compliance with internal control policies, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—operations, supply chain, merchandising, and omnichannel—on new store openings and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail or luxury industry management
• Strong commercial and customer service mindset with demonstrated result-driven approach
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills with ability to generate trust among staff and clients
• Strong organizing and follow-up skills with demonstrated project management capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and retail management tools
