Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a two‑year fast‑track in‑store program comprising a 12‑month home‑country assignment (including a 6‑month store rotation) and a 12‑month international assignment in a department store environment.
- Shadow and support Department Managers across daily retail operations: sales, after‑sales, clienteling, team briefings, stock handling, back‑of‑house processes and visual merchandising.
- Drive commercial performance through coaching, KPI monitoring and sales initiatives; motivate and lead store teams to achieve targets.
- Manage product flow and stock integrity, coordinate replenishment and support inventory controls and merchandising standards.
- Implement and uphold company policies and retail processes at store level, executing ad‑hoc projects as required.
- Participate in structured training, regular development reviews with HR and line managers, and gain exposure to Fendi senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' relevant retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
- Outstanding academic record or equivalent demonstrable achievement.
- Demonstrable leadership potential and experience coaching or supervising sales teams.
- Commercial creativity, strong client orientation and sensitivity to fashion and brand positioning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and follow‑through skills; proactive, self‑starting mindset.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally including exposure to multiple retail formats (boutique, department store, outlets) and some supervisory responsibility.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; outstanding academic record or comparable professional achievements will be considered.
