Fendi seeks a Retail Intern in Venice for a 6‑month in‑store internship starting July 2026. On‑site role focused on clienteling and a store special project.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily sales‑floor operations under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and Store Manager, delivering the Maison’s standard of client service.
  • Develop clienteling competencies and refine the luxury selling ceremony to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Support customer data collection and accurate data entry to maintain CRM integrity and facilitate relationship management.
  • Contribute to store commercial objectives by assisting with sales activities and proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Lead a dedicated store project aligned with key priorities—conduct sales, market and competitor analyses, propose actionable initiatives and drive implementation.
  • Proactively address and escalate customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in or recent completion of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury Management.
  • Strong interest in retail and the luxury sector; prior experience with luxury goods or retail environments is a plus.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, problem‑solving aptitude and the capacity to work autonomously on project deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate within multifunctional teams.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Experience

Beginner level: current student or recent graduate with academic grounding in business, marketing, fashion or a related discipline. Any prior retail or luxury experience—internships, part‑time retail roles or clienteling exposure—is beneficial but not mandatory.

Education

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury Management (current enrolment or recent graduate).
