Fendi Roermond: Retail Internship (6 months) — in‑store internship starting April 2026 for students in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily sales‑floor operations under the guidance of the Store Manager and a dedicated Senior Client Advisor.
- Develop clienteling skills and execute the luxury selling ceremony to deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with the maison’s standards.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and transactional activities, including accurate customer data collection and data entry.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer enquiries and service issues, escalating when appropriate.
- Lead a dedicated in‑store project tied to store priorities; conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and present proposals to improve sales potential.
- Contribute to achieving store targets through collaborative team effort and by activating new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury studies.
- Strong interest in luxury retail; prior experience with luxury goods or boutique retail is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are an asset.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving, analytical and creative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in administrative tasks and strong teamwork capabilities.

Entry level — suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior experience in luxury retail or customer‑facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury (currently enrolled or recently completed).
