Fendi in Prague seeks a Retail Intern (Internship) for a 6‑month in‑store placement starting July 2026 — hands‑on luxury retail experience and a dedicated store project.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate fully in daily sales‑floor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and the Store Manager.
  • Develop clienteling skills and master the luxury selling ceremony to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the Maison’s standards.
  • Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and contribute to store sales targets.
  • Proactively identify, frame and resolve customer requests and issues.
  • Support customer data collection and perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Lead a dedicated in‑store project, defined with the Store Manager, to address store priorities and activate new sales potential.
  • Conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and propose actionable ideas to drive performance.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student or recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or a related luxury field.
  • Strong interest in retail and the luxury sector; prior experience with luxury goods is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent team player able to collaborate across multifunctional store teams.
  • Creative and analytical, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Czech; additional languages are an asset.

Experience

Beginner level — targeted at current students or recent graduates. Previous retail or luxury experience is advantageous but not required.

Education
