Fendi Monte Carlo — Retail Intern (6-month onsite internship) to develop luxury retail, clienteling and store project experience starting April 2026.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily sales-floor operations under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and the Store Manager.
- Develop clienteling skills and execute the Maison’s selling ceremony to deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and sales targets through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Assist with customer data collection and accurate data entry to maintain CRM quality.
- Lead a dedicated store project aligned with key priorities, including ideation, execution and presentation of findings.
- Perform sales analyses and market/competitor research to identify new sales opportunities and actionable proposals.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve specific commercial objectives and activate new client segments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury-related disciplines.
- Strong interest in luxury retail; previous experience in luxury goods or retail is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and accuracy in execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a multifunctional store team.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset.

Beginner level: suitable for students or recent graduates with limited professional experience; prior exposure to luxury retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or a related field (current student or recent graduate).
