Fendi Retail Intern (Internship) — Madrid: 6‑month in‑store internship starting July 2026 to develop luxury retail, clienteling and sales analysis skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily sales‑floor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and Store Manager.
  • Develop clienteling skills and participate in the full selling ceremony to deliver Maison‑level customer experiences.
  • Manage customer interactions to secure satisfaction and contribute to store sales targets.
  • Collect, enter and maintain customer data to enhance CRM and clienteling efforts.
  • Lead a dedicated store project aligned with local priorities, including proposing and implementing initiatives to activate new sales potential.
  • Perform sales, market and competitor analyses and present insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and escalate when appropriate to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or a related luxury discipline.
  • High interest in luxury retail; prior experience with luxury goods is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages appreciated.
  • Proactivity, problem‑solving aptitude and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work within a multifunctional store environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational discipline.
