Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily sales‑floor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and Store Manager.
- Develop clienteling skills and participate in the full selling ceremony to deliver Maison‑level customer experiences.
- Manage customer interactions to secure satisfaction and contribute to store sales targets.
- Collect, enter and maintain customer data to enhance CRM and clienteling efforts.
- Lead a dedicated store project aligned with local priorities, including proposing and implementing initiatives to activate new sales potential.
- Perform sales, market and competitor analyses and present insights with actionable recommendations.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and escalate when appropriate to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or a related luxury discipline.
- High interest in luxury retail; prior experience with luxury goods is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages appreciated.
- Proactivity, problem‑solving aptitude and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work within a multifunctional store environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational discipline.

Experience
Entry‑level; suitable for current students or recent graduates with a keen interest in luxury retail. Prior exposure to luxury brands or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Degree or current enrolment in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or a related field.
