Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the store team in all daily salesfloor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and Store Manager.
- Develop clienteling skills and participate in the full selling ceremony to deliver a signature customer experience aligned with the Maison’s standards.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives: proactively identify customer needs, manage enquiries and follow through on service requests.
- Contribute to customer data collection and accurate data entry to support CRM and clienteling efforts.
- Drive a dedicated store project tied to key store priorities, including proposal development, execution and reporting.
- Perform sales, market and competitor analyses and present actionable recommendations to help unlock new sales potential.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve defined commercial targets and contribute to daily operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.
- High interest in retail and the luxury sector; previous experience in luxury goods is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proactive problem‑solver with strong organisational accuracy and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with analytical rigour and the ability to translate analysis into actionable ideas.
- Excellent team player comfortable working in a multifunctional retail environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Experience
Entry‑level internship suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior exposure to luxury retail or customer‑facing roles is a plus but not required.
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury (enrolled or recent graduate).
