Fendi seeks a Retail Intern in Florence for a 6-month in-store internship starting July 2026. Apply for the in-store Retail Intern role in Florence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily salesfloor activities alongside a Senior Client Advisor and the store team, participating in customer-facing service and selling ceremonies.
- Develop clienteling skills and maintain exceptional standards of customer experience in line with Maison expectations.
- Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
- Collect, enter and maintain customer data to support CRM and follow-up activities.
- Lead a dedicated store project under the guidance of the Store Manager, including conducting sales, market and competitor analyses and proposing actionable initiatives to unlock new sales potential.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and service requests, escalating when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury-related fields.
- Strong interest in retail and the luxury sector; prior experience in luxury goods is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages appreciated.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities and a creative mindset.
- Excellent teamwork skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and enthusiasm for new challenges.

Entry-level internship suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required, though prior exposure to luxury retail or client-facing roles is advantageous.
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury-related field (enrolled or recently graduated).
