Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily salesfloor operations as a full member of the store team under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor.
  • Develop clienteling skills and participate in the full selling ceremony to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience aligned with the Maison’s standards.
  • Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and contribute to store sales targets.
  • Collect and enter customer data accurately, maintaining CRM hygiene.
  • Lead a dedicated in‑store project, defined with the Store Manager, to address store priorities and unlock new sales potential.
  • Conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and produce actionable proposals to drive commercial performance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and requests, escalating appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury Management.
  • Strong interest in retail and the luxury sector; prior experience with luxury goods is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with demonstrated problem‑solving capability.
  • Excellent team player able to collaborate across multifunctional store teams.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages advantageous.

Experience

Beginner level — suitable for current students or recent graduates. Limited professional experience is acceptable; prior exposure to luxury retail or client‑facing roles is advantageous.

Education

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury Management (enrolled students or recent graduates welcome).
