Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily salesfloor operations alongside Senior Client Advisors and the Store Manager, contributing to client service and transactional activities.
  • Develop clienteling skills and execute the selling ceremony to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Maison’s standards.
  • Manage customer interactions and follow through on enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve store sales expectations.
  • Collect, maintain and enter customer data accurately to support CRM and future client engagement.
  • Contribute to store targets by participating in sales initiatives and supporting merchandising and stock activities as required.
  • Lead a dedicated store project under Store Manager supervision, from analysis through to proposal and implementation, to activate new sales potential.
  • Conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and present actionable ideas to drive business performance and customer conversion.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury Management.
  • Strong interest in retail and the luxury sector; prior experience with luxury goods is an advantage.
  • Proactive attitude with demonstrated problem‑solving capability and intellectual curiosity.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working in a multifunctional store environment.
  • Creative thinker with robust analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are appreciated.
  • Commitment to professional conduct consistent with a luxury retail environment and customer confidentiality.

Experience
