Fendi Retail Intern in Barcelona — 6-month in-store internship starting July 2026 for students/recent graduates in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in daily salesfloor activities under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and the Store Manager, delivering the Maison’s customer experience standards.
- Develop clienteling skills and contribute directly to the selling ceremony and customer satisfaction management.
- Support customers’ data collection and perform accurate data entry to maintain client records.
- Contribute to store commercial objectives and help achieve specific sales targets.
- Lead a dedicated store project in coordination with the Store Manager, proposing and implementing initiatives to unlock new sales potential.
- Conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and present actionable ideas to drive store performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating when appropriate and ensuring follow-through.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.
- High interest in retail and the luxury sector; prior experience with luxury goods is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude, creativity and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability in administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Entry-level internship targeted at students or recent graduates. Prior exposure to retail or luxury goods is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design or Fashion & Luxury (student or recent graduate).
