Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial action plans to drive business growth across the KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain markets
• Lead boutique operations, manage teams, oversee merchandise management, and ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Monitor sales performance against budgets and targets; implement corrective actions as needed
• Communicate strategic vision and clear direction to retail staff across all locations
• Establish organizational structure for retail activities and define roles and responsibilities
• Drive staffing initiatives including recruitment, rotation, mobility programs, training, and professional development
• Collaborate with Training and Visual Merchandising departments to deliver staff training and ensure brand-aligned store displays
• Propose and implement layout adjustments to optimize commercial efficiency
• Oversee store network projects including expansion, renovation, relocation, and closure
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords and property partners
• Partner with communications and events teams to execute local market events and activations
• Design and implement local marketing, customer relationship, and VIP strategies to reinforce brand positioning

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion and luxury sales
• 5–7 years in multi-location management of luxury retail operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of GCC markets and prior retail experience in the region
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• High personal image standards and brand representation
• Strong selling and communication abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; self-reliant and patient
• Demonstrated leadership, confidence, organizational ability, and professionalism
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset
• Competency in administrative and financial management
• Goal-oriented approach with multitasking capability
• Proficiency with retail management systems and computer applications
• Strong knowledge of or demonstrated passion for the fashion and luxury sector

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10 years in the fashion and luxury sector, with at least 5–7 years managing multi-location luxury retail operations. Prior experience in Gulf Cooperation Council markets is essential, with demonstrated success in elevating retail operations and team performance.
