Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the style office on stylistic trends and verify research results
- Conduct materials research and development for leather and fabrics
- Define raw materials development specifications
- Partner with the Quality Department to establish technical aspects, testing protocols, and compliance verification against company qualitative standards
- Maintain and register technical data sheets in the materials database
- Monitor orders for leather samples and track their progress
- Control quality and oversee the industrialization of raw materials
- Anticipate and manage production issues, proposing effective solutions as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Product Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the role within the fashion industry
- Expert knowledge of materials (leather and fabrics) and production processes
- Strong attention to emerging trends and materials research
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy standards
- Problem-solving capability and flexibility

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in raw materials research or product development within the luxury fashion industry. Experience in the industrialization of leather is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Product Management, or a related technical or design discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 44,000 per annum.
