Fendi in Rome seeks a Production Progress Coordinator – RTW & Furs (temporary) to monitor production, liaise with suppliers and ensure on‑time delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor production status for ready-to-wear and fur product categories and report progress to the Head of Planning.
  • Maintain, build and update the production plan and launch schedules to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Act as the primary interface with suppliers and coordinate with purchasing and the planning team to align deliveries and capacities.
  • Identify and manage material arrival criticalities, implement corrective actions to secure on‑time delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation of production launch plans and support continuous follow-up until order completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Business or equivalent.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills required.
  • Familiarity with ERP/production management systems; knowledge of Stealth is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across purchasing and planning teams.
  • Analytical mindset, strong organisational capability, high attention to detail and a problem‑solving orientation.
