Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the production plan for shoe manufacturing.
  • Monitor production progress and manage deliveries from laboratories.
  • Collaborate with the raw materials purchasing office, modelling department, and quality control team to coordinate the production process and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Innovate by applying new ideas, methods, designs, and technologies to the production process.
  • Address and resolve manufacturing issues proactively.
  • Ensure company target KPIs are monitored and met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a production planning team.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of shoe production processes. Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with Stealth 3000 and Model Form is advantageous. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information. Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a production planning role, preferably within the footwear industry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
