Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor clienteling activities across European flagship and regional stores in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Analyze and optimize CRM databases to promote targeted clienteling activities and campaigns at European level
- Organize and optimize fur trunk shows in-store and at special venues
- Manage all clienteling actions and experiences around fashion shows according to corporate standards
- Conceive, create, and execute special moments and bespoke experiences for VIC guests
- Reinforce Rome's position as the heart of Fendi heritage through Rome is Fendi initiatives
- Review sales performance periodically and recommend sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Directors
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail
- Proven expertise in CRM database management and clienteling strategy
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with frequent travel
- Commercial acumen and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial drive
