FENDI — Private Client Relations Manager (Hybrid) in New York. Lead client engagement, events and retail activations for the Americas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Americas Private Client Relations team in client engagement activities, including compiling retail training materials and store communications for Client Advisors.
- Extract and analyse client data and reports using CRM tools to inform client strategy, training, and event invitation lists.
- Coordinate logistics for personalised client agendas, VIP hosting and travel arrangements for fashion shows, high-end selling events and brand activations.
- Manage gifting, welcome packages and communications for retail activations and ongoing client gifting programs.
- Create and maintain the Retail Events calendar and coordinate event logistics for collection launches, product activations and high-touch selling events.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Communications, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Supply Chain, CRM and Retail) and external vendors to ensure service, collateral and operational readiness for events.
- Prepare event guidelines, rollout tools, recaps and follow-ups; support tracking of event sales, costs and ROI.
- Input event campaigns into the HQ Retail Activations Tool and assist with vendor invoice processing in partnership with Finance.
- Act as a regional liaison with HQ PCR, Events and Sales & Marketing teams on Americas retail event concepts and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event management and/or client relations; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach and willingness to research and support new concepts.
- Team-oriented with demonstrated collaboration across cross-functional partners.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in event management, client relations or related roles; prior experience within luxury retail or premium services is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
