Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by proactively promoting and selling premium products to VIP clients.
  • Identify, recruit and develop new high‑net‑worth clients through networking, targeted initiatives and client events.
  • Design and implement bespoke client development plans and commercial proposals to grow wallet share.
  • Nurture long‑term loyalty through personalised service, regular contact and tailored client experiences.
  • Plan, host and animate local client events and in‑store activations to generate business and strengthen relationships.
  • Deliver compelling product storytelling that conveys the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship and selling ceremony.
  • Act as an inspiring role model for the boutique team, sharing product expertise and exemplary service behaviours.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries or concerns, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail, private client management or high‑end sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a high‑luxury context.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a network of high‑value clientele.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience producing client development proposals and sales initiatives.
  • Experience planning and executing client events or personalised experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a client‑centric attitude.
  • Ability and willingness to work on‑site in the Shanghai boutique.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail or private client roles, with documented success managing VIP clients and exceeding revenue targets.
