Fendi seeks a Private Client Advisor in Miami Design District, FL — deliver VIP service to high-net-worth clients. $30/hr + commission; retail sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a balanced book of high-net-worth (VIC) clients through in-person and virtual appointment-based selling, wardrobing and bespoke experiences.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and high-end penetration goals across all product categories, contributing to quarterly and annual metrics (targeting a minimum $3M client book).
- Create and execute client acquisition and retention strategies in collaboration with Store Leadership and Client Relations & Development teams; identify and recruit new high-potential prospects.
- Host and represent the maison at store events and private client occasions to deepen relationships and drive incremental sales.
- Exercise independent judgement and discretion in client communications; follow up on inquiries, manage exceptions with Leadership, and ensure an elevated Fendi client experience at every touchpoint.
- Mentor and support store colleagues to grow their high-end client books and to raise the overall client experience standard.
- Remain current on product launches, brand heritage, market trends, competitor activity and local lifestyle intel to fuel meaningful client conversations.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma required; further retail or luxury-related education is advantageous.
- Proven luxury retail experience (minimum 3–5 years; 5 years preferred) with demonstrated success developing VICs.
- Confirmed personal sales track record with a minimum $3,000,000 in sales and strong high-end product penetration.
- Proven ability to use POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- RTW (ready-to-wear) experience preferred; foreign language skills considered a plus.
