Fendi Private Client Advisor role in Las Vegas—luxury retail sales, VIP client management, $27–$34K annual. Full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales targets and achieve high-end penetration goals across all product categories while maintaining elevated client experience standards at every interaction
- Build and maintain a balanced network of high-net-worth clients, with minimum $3 million annual sales book reviewed quarterly and annually
- Develop new high-end client prospects through targeted recruitment strategies and collaboration with store leadership and Client Relations teams
- Deliver private client services through personalized in-person and virtual appointment-based selling, wardrobing consultations, and curated brand experiences
- Mentor store team members on high-end client development and brand experience elevation, serving as a role model for ideal selling ceremony
- Identify and recruit new high-potential prospects by proactively seeking opportunities outside traditional retail channels and across alternative luxury sectors
- Host and facilitate in-store events and client occasions designed to drive sales, strengthen brand loyalty, and deliver memorable experiences
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in crafting VIC relationship strategies, identifying client preferences, and maintaining regular communication
- Stay current on fashion trends, new product launches, and competitive intelligence to facilitate sophisticated client conversations
- Develop extensive knowledge of local Las Vegas cultural events, dining establishments, and experiences to provide lifestyle advisory services to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail
- Proven sales track record of minimum $3 million in high-end product penetration
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Retail, Travel & Wear (RTW) experience preferred
- Foreign language skills preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 10 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, with a confirmed track record of developing authentic and positive relationships with clients, anticipating their future needs, and achieving consistent high-end sales penetration. Prior experience in Retail, Travel & Wear (RTW) and exposure to multiple luxury product categories is preferred.
Education
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
