Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas by effectively promoting and selling premium Fendi products to VIP clients
- Proactively recruit new clients through networking, event hosting, and strategic business development initiatives
- Apply business acumen to client development and provide proposals to enhance sales performance
- Foster and develop client loyalty and repeat business through exceptional, personalized service and attention
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients by understanding their preferences, tastes, and purchase history
- Embody LVMH culture and serve as an ambassador of LVMH values and brand principles
- Proactively organize local events and brand animations to generate business and enhance client loyalty
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge including features, benefits, and luxury market trends
- Create desire for the Fendi brand through compelling storytelling about the Maison's heritage and savoir-faire
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure overall satisfaction
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or VIP client management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in premium retail environments
- In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion products and market trends
- Cultured background with strong understanding of arts, fashion, etiquette, and luxury lifestyle
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in luxury retail sales or premium client management, with demonstrated success in VIP client relationship development and sales achievement.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in fashion, business, or related discipline preferred.
