Fendi is hiring a Private Client Advisor in Dallas, Texas — develop VIP client relationships and drive high‑end sales. $32–$35/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, driving high‑end product penetration across all categories and contributing to store performance metrics.
- Build, maintain and grow a book of high‑net‑worth (VIC) clients through appointment‑based selling, wardrobing, personalised outreach and frequent follow‑up.
- Develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies in collaboration with store leadership and Client Relations & Development teams.
- Host and support in‑store and private events to strengthen relationships and generate sales opportunities for top clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering Fendi’s client experience and mentoring colleagues to elevate service standards and private‑client techniques.
- Use POS and inventory management functions to manage client orders, track stock, and ensure seamless fulfilment of private client requests.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgement when managing exceptional client situations and VIP requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven track record developing authentic relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and maintaining curiosity to anticipate client desires.
- Confirmed personal sales performance with a minimum $3,000,000 book and demonstrable high‑end product penetration.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management functions.
- Ready availability for nights, weekends and holidays; ability to work collaboratively within a store team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; strong organisational skills and digital literacy.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs; foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum five years of progressive retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods, with a confirmed personal sales book of at least $3 million and strong penetration of high‑end products.
