Fendi seeks a Private Client Advisor in Dallas, TX to manage VIP relationships and drive high-end sales in Highland Park.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal sales targets and increase high-end product penetration across all categories, maintaining and growing a book of high-net-worth clients (minimum $3M book expected).
  • Prospect, recruit and develop new HE/VIC clients through targeted outreach, networking and referral strategies to expand the store’s top-client base.
  • Deliver appointment-based selling (in-person and virtual), wardrobing and bespoke private client services to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Store Leadership and Client Relations & Development teams on retention strategies, client follow-up and event invitations to deepen client engagement.
  • Mentor and model the selling ceremony for store colleagues, supporting their development in servicing high-end clients and elevating overall client experience.
  • Conceive and host client events and private experiences in boutiques to generate sales opportunities and reinforce brand dedication.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Fendi product ranges, history, competitors and market trends to inform tailored client conversations and recommendations.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in managing sensitive client situations, ensuring company policies are followed and exceptions escalated appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building authentic, long-term client relationships and anticipating client needs.
  • Confirmed personal sales record demonstrating minimum $3,000,000 in sales with strong high-end product penetration.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions.
  • Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Flexible availability including some nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Minimum High School Diploma; strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
