Fendi seeks Private Apartment Director in Paris to lead VIC clientele development and premium service at Montaigne Apartment—luxury retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate an exclusive network of Very Important Clients, establishing and reinforcing relationships through personalized engagement and strategic initiatives
- Design and orchestrate bespoke in-store moments and tailored events within the Montaigne Apartment to recruit, retain, and deepen VIC relationships
- Identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through participation in prestigious industry events, strategic partnerships with luxury hospitality establishments, and targeted outreach campaigns
- Collaborate closely with boutique teams to optimize existing client portfolio growth and capitalize on expansion opportunities
- Assume full responsibility for sales closure and financial performance of the Montaigne Apartment, including achievement of revenue targets and return on investment metrics
- Partner with ateliers and Corporate teams to ensure product selection and availability align precisely with the preferences, capacity, and specific requirements of the elite clientele
- Develop and execute a strategic annual calendar of activities designed to maximize the attractiveness and utilization of the Montaigne Apartment
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Montaigne Apartment, ensuring consistently impeccable presentation, service delivery, and guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in luxury, high jewelry, fashion, or luxury hospitality sectors
- Established network of high-net-worth clients or proven ability to cultivate such networks
- Exceptional mastery of luxury codes and protocols with demonstrated ability to engage discerning, elite clientele
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with evidence of autonomy, initiative-taking, and consistent achievement of commercial objectives
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with meticulous execution and attention to detail
