Fendi seeks an experienced Private Apartment Director for Paris to lead VIP client management and drive luxury hospitality excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an exclusive network of Very Important Clients through proactive relationship building and strategic outreach
- Conceive and organize targeted events and initiatives within the Montaigne Private Apartment to strengthen VIC relationships and brand loyalty
- Identify and acquire new VIC clients through participation in prestigious events, strategic partnerships with luxury establishments, and bespoke acquisition initiatives
- Design and coordinate personalized in-store experiences and moments tailored to VIC recruitment and retention objectives
- Collaborate with retail boutiques to optimize existing client development and portfolio growth
- Ensure sales completion and assume full responsibility for economic results and return on investment (ROI) of Montaigne Private Apartment activities
- Work closely with ateliers and corporate teams to curate and ensure availability of products aligned with elite clientele preferences, potential, and specific requests
- Establish and implement a strategic activity calendar to maximize Montaigne Private Apartment appeal and utilization
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Montaigne Private Apartment, guaranteeing excellence in presentation and service delivery
Qualifications
