Fendi Operations Manager in King of Prussia, PA. Full-time retail operations role managing store operations, team, and financial performance. $75k–$90k annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate store operations in compliance with Fendi company policies and procedures, operating the POS system across stock transfer, payment processing, inventory inquiry, and customer database functions
- Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence and provide operational continuity
- Maintain store facility including cleaning, repairs, and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture, and registers; coordinate electrical and lighting system maintenance
- Organize back-office areas, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, rest rooms, and hold areas according to company standards
- Serve as primary liaison between sub-contractors and vendors to verify work standards and store condition
- Control store expenses and maintain accurate records of all expenditures; oversee cash levels, credit card processing, and transaction accuracy
- Manage petty cash and payroll administration in accordance with company policy
- Meet accuracy and shrink goals by leading, facilitating, and ensuring completion of all inventories and cycle counts; complete monthly audits
- Process store damages and execute vital actions to ensure inventory accuracy and physical security
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention efforts in risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory audits
- Liaison with security guard company for scheduling, training, and management
- Maintain all store equipment including office equipment, computers, phones, registers, alterations equipment, music systems, and ticket machines
- Ensure accurate ordering and organization of packaging materials, stationery, and CRM materials
- Supervise all shipment processing, transfers, and consignments; ensure optimal customer after-sales service, accuracy, and integrity
- Support OMNI product transfers, rebalances, end-of-season transfers, and corporate-driven product movements
- Process HR paperwork accurately and timely; ensure all associates comply with HR and safety policies
- Conduct new hire training on back-office procedures and POS system operations
- Create and manage staff schedules to optimize store productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in store operations
- Proficiency in POS system operations and inventory management functions
- Intermediate-level digital literacy and technical competency
- Ability to lift and carry boxes and merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with at least 3 years in store operations management. Luxury retail background is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced retail management certification or education is advantageous.
